Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. Helping Hands Outreach Center We are located in Center and provide many different service for our community. We strive to be the hands and heart of Christ in Our community.

We want to be the place you go for help. Helping Hands Outreach provides emergency food boxes, prescription drug assistance, emergency dental assistance, and Ensure assistance to people in need. Helping Hands Outreach coordinates an annual Angel Tree and Christmas for needy children. We also accept seasonal donated items, such as fans, heaters, and school supplies. I have been blessed with many wonderful people in my life. You have made a difference in my life and I am asking you to make a difference in the lives of others. There are many that are struggling and are in need of help. One in five adults and one in three children are food insecure, meaning they do not know where their next meal is coming from. We are having a fundraiser to help the growing number of people in need of our help. I hope to see you there, but if you can not make it and would like to contribute you have several options. All proceeds from The Unique Boutique goes right back into the community to help feed the hungry and assist the needy in Shelby County. We have furniture, decor, toys, clothes, and seasonal items at very low prices! 100% of the proceeds made at the Unique Boutique goes directly back into the community. It’s the time of year that we celebrate the season of giving. Many are struggling to find just the right gift for their loved ones (who have everything) or would like to give a gift in memory of their loved ones who are now living in Heaven. Shelby County Outreach Ministries is a wonderful place to give. With each monetary gift, a star is placed on our front windows to celebrate and remember your loved ones.

We have seen such an increase in need in our community this year. People are struggling to pay bills, buy medicine, or purchase food for their families. Most of the senior citizens we serve are surviving on $600 or less monthly. Your monetary gift would be the gift that keeps on giving and would allow your friends and family to share love in their name. Please remember that the best gift given to us all was Jesus Christ. He is the real reason for the season.

There are several ways to give monetary gifts to help those in need. You can donate through our website using PayPal. Just go to shelbycountyoutreach.org and click donate. You can always stop by our office and give your gift directly and see firsthand what we do to help the less fortunate. If you would like to send your monetary gift through the mail, you can send it to PO Box 1029 Center, TX 75935.

Give your child a personalized letter from Santa this year! Shelby County Outreach Ministries is having our annual Letter From Santa fundraiser. For only $10, your child will receive a letter from Santa with their name on it and a Christmas Tree ornament to remind them of the real reason for the season. All forms and money need to be turned in by Monday, December 11th. All proceeds will go toward feeding the hungry and assisting the needy in Shelby County.
