New Law is in effect!
A step in the right direction! The week before Christmas and it’s happened. The pet stores are out of business. It doesn’t solve the over population or puppy mill problem but it does help the cause for rescues.
Please be aware of people claiming to have rescued pet store puppies still selling them!
