Melody Pines Condominium Association We are located in Center Conway NH with 50 units on 44 acres with 1200ft. of S**o River Frontage. Amenities includes an outdoor pool and two tennis courts.

Hike and X country ski from your door! Melody Pines is managed by an all volunteer Elected Board of Directors. The current officers is as follows:

Time to take down the bird feeders! 🐻

Bears have been seen out and about in many parts of NH, and they are HUNGRY. Take down bird feeders, secure trash, and pick up any other potential food sources to avoid any unnecessary human v. bear conflicts.

Update the duplex is complete!

The roofing project is going swiftly and well! They arrived around 8am. Thanks to the overwhelming support of the community this project will probably go faster than planned! Thanks to the current board of Directors for all the time it takes to vet all the vendors and get the best price and following through on this and all the other things on their plate.😀

I want to thank my former board members for the yeti! A special thanks to Joan who will stay on a bit longer. It was a privilege to serve the board and in particular the current board for so many years. I feel we are in good hands with the new BOD. I will continue to help out where I’m needed. I love this community!😀
