October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month- a time to raise awareness, encourage conversations about healthy relationships, and recognize the importance of safety and support.

That’s why relationship education matters.

Within My Reach gives people practical tools to communicate, set healthy boundaries, navigate conflict, recognize what healthy relationships look like, and better understand emotional and physical safety in relationships. It focuses on strengthening the skills, protective factors, resilience, and relationship safety that can help individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges more successfully.

These are more than dating skills. They are life skills.

Research on relationship education has shown positive outcomes, including increased relationship stability and satisfaction, as well as reduced risk for intimate partner violence.
