THE Bob Mould stopped by Indie to talk about the reunion of his band Sugar and one of his great loves—punk music.

Dana Meyers, the host of The Punkyard, let Bob takeover her show last week to talk about falling in love with music in the 60s, discovering the Ramones in high school and what it's been like being back on the road with his band after 30+ years. His music picks for the show ranged from New York Dolls to Pere Ubu to new projects like Liquid Mike.

I closed out Colorado Day at Ford Amphitheater with The Black Crowes and Whiskey Myers ⛰️ 🎶 and it was fantastic!

Hey! Shawn Lucero here 😊 The Black Crowes have been a fave of mine going all the way back to their 1990 debut album Shake Your Money Maker. I’ll never forget seeing them on MTV for the first time. It was the Hard To Handle video. They gave me instant Rolling Stones excitement and I’ve been following them ever since.

Last night was a cool mix of all types of music fans. Gen Z thru X, cowboy boots, cutoffs, Birks, tie dye, rockers and rollers. Everyone was there for a night of dancing, drinking, and blowing off steam under the beautiful Colorado Springs sky. Even Crowes front man Chris Robinson noted what a magical night it was. 💫 🌖

On its 150th birthday Colorado gifted us with a night we’ll never forget. Thank you, CO! We love ya! 😍

A musical start to Colorado’s 150th birthday weekend; a John Denver medley with our local supergroup playing the late musicians’ guitars! Led by superstar Isaac Slade joined by Local 303 alum Pleasure Prince Rootbeer Richie Youth on Record VERENA Conrad Mata, the event was hosted on the steps of History Colorado with a special intro by Governor Jared Polis and MC’d by Colorado Public Radio Ryan Warner!
