Supporting youth through moments of escalation requires more than behavior management. Tomorrow, NAC will host Improving Youth & Family Engagement in High-Stress Moments, a training led by Dr. Phillipi that explores brain-based approaches to de-escalation and practical strategies for strengthening engagement with youth and families.

Participants will leave with tools to:
-Promote regulation and connection
-Improve engagement during high-stress interactions
-Strengthen team-wide implementation of de-escalation practices
-Support more effective youth- and family-centered responses
