Join us for the Friends of NRA & Mercer County Pheasants Forever Youth Shoot! 🎯

📍 Fort Recovery Gun Club
🕛 Doors open at 12:00 PM | Shooting begins at 12:30 PM
👥 Open to youth ages 10–18

Sh****ns, shells, and clay birds will be provided at no cost to participants, and lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided throughout the event. Participants are also welcome to bring their own sh***un.

A signed permission agreement from a parent or guardian is required for all participants.

Come out for an afternoon of safe shooting, learning, and fun!

🐕 Field Dog First Aid Seminar

Mercer County Pheasants Forever is proud to sponsor this hands-on seminar led by Dr. Shaun Ryan of Coldwater Animal Clinic.

Learn how to recognize and respond to common field emergencies including bloat, barbed wire injuries, porcupine encounters, and much more.

🌿 Get your kids outside and learning this summer! 🦆

Join us for Conservation for Kids, a FREE hands-on educational morning hosted by Mercer County Pheasants Forever!

Kids will explore the outdoors through interactive stations focused on wildlife, habitat, conservation, and nature while walking the beautiful trails at Burntwood-Langenkamp Wetland Conservation Area.

📅 Saturday, August 8
🕗 Sign-in begins at 8:00 AM
🌱 Program runs 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
📍 Burntwood-Langenkamp Wetland Conservation Area
👧 Recommended for ages 5–14, but all kids and families are welcome!
🥤 Snacks and drinks provided.

Come out and join Mercer County Pheasants Forever for the Youth Trap Shoot at the Fort Recovery Gun Club!

Doors open at 12:00 with shooting running until 3:30. Whether your kid is new to shooting or has experience, this is a great way to learn, have fun, and spend the afternoon outdoors.

Lunch, snacks, drinks, shells, and sh***uns are all provided (or feel free to bring your own).

Ages 10–18 welcome. Just make sure a parent or guardian is present to sign the permission form.

Grab a friend and head out—we’re ready for you!
