Our next local missions day is Saturday, October 24, and we’d love for you to join us! Together, we’ll serve neighbors across Mercer County through yard work, painting, clean-up, home repairs, and other practical acts of kindness.

NeighborLink - Mercer County is hosting Love in Action: A Local Missions Day on this Saturday, September 12!

This is a great opportunity to come together, serve our neighbors, and make a difference right here in Mercer County. Projects may include yard work, painting, clean-up, minor home repairs, and more. Lunch will be provided!

❤️ LOVE IN ACTION: WHAT A DAY! ❤️

We won’t lie, we were pretty nervous this morning watching the radar! But as God often does, He took our doubt and reminded us what can happen when His people are committed to serving Him and loving their neighbors.

Even through the rain, our volunteers showed up and got to work! Together, we were able to clean up large trees, rake and clean yards, build new handrails, clean windows, complete home projects, and so much more throughout our community.

More important than the projects completed were the people served, relationships built, and love of Christ put into action.

To everyone who volunteered, supported, donated, prayed, or helped make today possible: thank you! We are incredibly grateful for your willingness to serve and have been truly blessed by your commitment to the Lord and our community.

And we’re just getting started! 🙌

💙 LOVE IN ACTION – Be the Hands & Feet of Jesus! 💙

There is something truly life-changing about serving others. A few hours of your time can bring hope, encouragement, and practical help to a neighbor who may not be able to do it alone. Whether you’re painting, doing yard work, making repairs, or simply lending a helping hand, every act of kindness makes a lasting difference.

Volunteering isn’t just about completing projects—it’s about building relationships, sharing God’s love, and reminding someone that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten. You’ll leave tired, but with a full heart, knowing you made a real impact in someone’s life.
