Mental health journeys aren't linear - but you're still here, still trying. That matters. Keep going. đź’™

Support can start with one text. Whether you’re offering help or asking for it, honest words can open the door to connection.

To offer help:
“No need to respond fast — I’m here.”
“Want to talk or just sit in silence?”
“Can I help you find support today?”

To ask for help:
“I’m not doing okay and could use someone right now.”
“Can I talk to you about something heavy?”
“I don’t know what I need, but I need support.”

You don’t need the perfect words to reach out. You just need to start. Call or text 988 for immediate support.

Today, Kyler Robinson a recent graduate of CCHS and Youth Coalition Volunteer— took a remarkable step and shipped out for boot camp, beginning the next chapter of his journey in service to our country. While the next three months will undoubtedly challenge him physically, mentally, and emotionally, we know that he carries with him the determination, character, and courage needed to succeed.

We are incredibly proud of Kyler for answering the call to serve. Choosing to put the needs of something greater than yourself ahead of your own is one of the most selfless and honorable decisions a person can make. It takes strength, sacrifice, and a deep sense of commitment to embark on this path, and that deserves to be recognized and celebrated.

As he begins this new adventure, our thoughts and prayers are with him. We pray for his safety, for the strength and perseverance to overcome every obstacle, and for the confidence to grow through every challenge he faces. We know that the lessons learned and bonds formed during this time will help shape an extraordinary future.

Kyler, thank you for your willingness to serve and protect our nation. Your dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. We are proud of the young man you are today and excited to see the leader you will become tomorrow.

Please join us in congratulating Kyler Robinson and wishing him success as he begins boot camp. We cannot wait to see all that he accomplishes in the months and years ahead.

God bless you, Kyler, and thank you for your service. 🇺🇸❤️
