Celestine friends and neighbors, the Celestine Tree Lighting committee is seeking your help.
For more than 10 years, our volunteer committee has brought the community together for the Annual Tree Lighting, the Lighted Christmas Night Parade, the Candy Cane Chase, and more. We also raise funds through the Cookie Walk, t-shirt and craft sales, and live greenery sales — and most of those proceeds go right back to local families facing health crises. We even answer every child’s note to Santa from our Santa Mailbox.
Our live trees haven’t survived the past few seasons, and we’re without a reliable centerpiece for these traditions. We’re raising funds to purchase a 17-foot artificial community Christmas tree that can be installed each year for many years to come.
