It's PROM weekend here at Cedarville High School. Here is a schedule of when everything is happening, so you don't miss out!

We are so grateful for our incredible Cedarville community! Thanks to your generosity, we have officially reached our fundraising goal for 2026 After Prom. Your donations make it possible for us to continue this 30-plus-year tradition and provide a safe, supervised, and substance free celebration for our juniors and seniors.

Because of your support, ticket prices will remain just $10 per student. After Prom tickets will be on sale in the high school office March 31 through April 9. Be sure to turn in the required forms along with payment.

We are still collecting gift card donations to use as prizes throughout the night. Gift cards to Chipotle, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Cane's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Target are always a big hit with students. If you would like to contribute, please message us or drop donations off at the high school office.

Thank you for helping us make this a fun and memorable night for our students!!

We’re 67% of the Way There!

Thanks to the generosity of our Cedarville community, we’ve already raised 67% of our goal for the 2026 Cedarville After Prom.

With less than a month to go, we need your help to raise the final 33% and make this event possible for every student who wants to attend.

After Prom provides Cedarville High School juniors and seniors with a safe, fun, substance-free celebration on April 11 at The Main Event in West Chester. Students will enjoy bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and more, with provided bus transportation and a commitment to a substance-free evening.

Our goal is to remove financial barriers so every student can participate.

We have $1,650 left to raise. Would you consider helping us cross the finish line?

We are halfway there!

Thanks to the generosity of our Cedarville community, we have reached 50% of our $5,000 goal for the 2026 Cedarville After Prom.

After Prom provides Cedarville High School juniors and seniors with a safe, fun, substance-free celebration on April 11 at The Main Event in West Chester. Students enjoy bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and more, all while riding school-provided transportation and committing to a substance-free evening. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so every student who wants to attend can participate.

We have $2,500 to go. Would you consider helping us cross the finish line?

The Cedarville After Prom Parent Committee would like to express our deep gratitude for the overwhelming support from our community! With the help of 25 generous individuals/families, along with 39 amazing local businesses, we were able to meet our financial goal and provide a fun, memorable, and safe night for our students after prom.

Special thanks also go to the chaperones, parents who donated snacks, and those who contributed gift cards for the giveaways—your support made a big difference!

After Prom at Main Event was a hit, filled with laughter, lasting memories, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing our students were safe and celebrated.
