Here are some photos from our Mid Autumn Festival from last semester. Looking forward to celebrating CNY next Saturday, Feb 5, 2021 in the BTS 201.

Finally let’s welcome Ethan Wang, our Secretary. His favorite verse is Ephesians 6:11 and his favorite Chinese food is dumplings (饺子). Last year, Ethan enjoyed celebrating the Spring Festival and watching Chinese movies with the Chinese club. He’s looking forward to serving and getting to know the members and hopefully talking to others in Mandarin. If you see Ethan around, say hello, get to know him, and practice some Mandarin.

Welcome Kai, our social media and communications director. His favorite verse is 2 Chronicles 20:15 and his favorite Chinese food is 宫保鸡丁. Kai is looking forward to serving God through the Chinese Club and its members, getting to know fellow students in the club, and experiencing Chinese culture at Cedarville (especially the food)! We’re so thankful to have Kai as an officer; if you see him around campus, say hello and get to know him!

Welcome Danny, our logistics and missions facilitator! His favorite verse is Romans 6:22-23 and his favorite Chinese food is 肠粉 (chang fen). He is looking forward to serving the Chinese club, sharing about where he is from, and talking about what missions in China looks like. You’re likely to see Danny with a big smile on his face – be sure to introduce yourself and get to know him better!

Come celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival with the Cu Chinese Club this Sunday, Sept 3, 2021 at 7 pm! We will be having home cooked food (on a Sunday night!!), activities, a cultural presentation, and other festivities! Feel free to invite friends and family since it’ll conclude homecoming weekend.

There will be a $10/person entry fee. Those who have purchased a snack pack with our fundraiser should bring the coupon for $1 off the banquet fee. Coupons are stackable.

If you are planning on coming, please DM for a short RSVP form! Hope to see you there!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Ramen flying, kite eating event!! We loved seeing everyone there and fellowshipping together! Stay tuned for our next event: the Midautumn festival banquet! We look forward to continued fellowship and fun!
