Unbridled Journeys I have been providing therapy services for over 5 years. I am eager to offer non-traditional therapy services with horses as part of the team!

Working as an LPC in the state of Wisconsin, my therapeutic approaches include CBT, and narrative therapy.

today marks two weeks that Louis has been with us at Unbridled Journeys. He continues on his recovery journey and appreciates all of the love and support! this is what a therapy session can look like. No words needed. Focusing on breathing, the space you are in, and being “with” - centering our mind to the present. Letting go of the chaos. Worries fade for the moment. We all need to calm our minds and hearts in this chaotic life. Horses show up and can provide this space. Louis is getting more comfortable with his surroundings here, but his health journey continues as he still has a cough. He will start a course of antibiotics soon! If you would like to be a part of his support team financially, please donate to offset his vet costs and follow and share to keep updated on how he is doing!
