Beginning Saturday, Oct. 17, area Scouts will be in your neighborhood hanging flyers to remind you to place nonperishable food items in a plastic bag and set them out on your porch on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 24 for the Scouts to pick up. They will then take them to a designated spot to box up and deliver to area food banks. Thank you for doing your part to help those who are facing food insecurity!
