We are saddened to announce the 2026 Dady Dash is officially canceled. After an attempt to reschedule the rained-out event for October 17th, we have been unable to secure the city permit for the new date. Another event will be happening at Prairie Park Fishery on October 17th, and we will not be able to hold our event. With limited availability from the timing company, volunteers, and weather, we are not able to further reschedule the event.

We are truly sorry we are not able to hold this event this year. We look forward to the chance to connect with our community each year at Dady Dash. Hopefully next year's weather is more favorable.

‼️Dady Dash Postponed: For the safety of our runners, volunteers, staff, and community, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Dady Dash on Saturday due to the unsafe trail conditions and continued inclement weather.

Our goal is to reschedule the event for a date in October. We will provide more details as we have them, but at this time are no longer able to guarantee there will be a Dady Dash this year. Please watch for updates by email and through our event communications.

The 5K Run and Walk is a partial loop around the Prairie Park Fishery (1.07 miles) with an out (.725 mile) and back (.725 mile) on the Sac and Fox Trail, returning to the Fishery trail (.58 mile) for a total of 5K. The numberless solid red dot is the start and finish line!

The 10K Run is a partial loop around the Prairie Park Fishery (1.07 miles) with an out (2.275 miles) and back (2.275 miles) on the Sac and Fox Trail, returning to the Fishery trail (.58 mile) for a total of 10K. The route will use the bridge around the 3-mile marker on this map instead of going down the ravine, as shown in the map image below the route outline. The numberless solid red dot is the start and finish line!
