OUR PROGRAMS

The Zach Johnson Foundation founded Kids on Course with one mission: To provide students with new opportunities and guide them in navigating barriers so they succeed in school and thrive in life. Kids on Course is putting more than 1,000 students in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a path to post-secondary education.
