I am Eva Burbidge, a student studying Therapeutic Recreation at the University of Iowa, working alongside fellow TR students Katie Curtis and Jada Golden-Smith. We are exploring the idea of creating unified skiing clinics for Special Olympics Iowa athletes and students at the University of Iowa. We are currently looking to assess interest levels, needs, and abilities of Special Olympics Iowa athletes who may be interested in attending unified skiing clinics. To gather this information, we have created a survey and are asking all parents and caregivers of Special Olympics Iowa athletes to complete this survey using the link below. As we are in the planning process of introducing unified skiing clinics, this information is vital to help us understand how we can best support your athletes and families!
