🎓🎉 Congratulations to our 2nd Quarter Jail to Jobs Graduates!

Today, we celebrate more than the completion of a program—we celebrate perseverance, resilience, and the courage to choose a different future.

Over the past quarter, these participants showed up, put in the work, learned new skills, grew in character, and committed themselves to becoming the best version of themselves.

From Electrical ⚡️ to Plumbing 🔧, Culinary 🍽️ to Entrepreneurship 💼, each graduate has taken meaningful steps toward a career, a purpose, and a brighter future.

We’re incredibly proud of everything they’ve accomplished, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes them.

Congratulations, graduates! Your journey is just beginning, and we’re honored to be part of your story. 🙌

Life is tough. Love is tougher.

🔧💧 Building skills. Building confidence. Building futures.

Our Plumbing Program participants are getting hands-on experience working with PVC pipe, learning the fundamentals of a trade that keeps our communities running every day.

Every measurement, every cut, and every connection is more than a classroom exercise—it’s preparation for a career.

At Jail to Jobs, we’re committed to helping young adults gain real-world skills, develop strong work habits, and discover that their future is bigger than their past.

One lesson at a time.
One skill at a time.
One opportunity at a time. 🙌

🔧💧 Getting the job is one thing. Keeping the job is another.

Today, our Plumbing Program participants took part in a Job Readiness Workshop, discussing the habits and behaviors that can either open doors or close them.

On one side of the board were things that lead to being fired:
❌ Poor communication
❌ Tardiness
❌ Bad work ethic
❌ Lack of accountability

On the other side were the qualities employers look for:
âś… Reliability
âś… Responsibility
âś… Hard work
âś… Professionalism
âś… Accountability

At Jail to Jobs, we’re not just teaching a trade. We’re teaching the character, mindset, and habits that help people succeed long after they get hired.

Because opportunity may get you in the door, but character is what keeps you there. 🙌

BEFORE Jail to Jobs:
• No direction
• No confidence
• No opportunity
• Losing hope
• Stuck in the cycle

AFTER Jail to Jobs:
• Clear purpose
• Growing confidence
• Real opportunity
• New hope
• Breaking the cycle

This is why second chances matter.

At Jail to Jobs, we believe people are more than the mistakes they’ve made. We believe every person has value, purpose, and potential waiting to be unlocked.

Through trade training, mentorship, accountability, and real career opportunities, young adults are given more than a job—they’re given a pathway forward.

A future can change when someone is given an opportunity.

A family can change when someone finds stability.

A community can change when people are empowered to succeed.

The goal isn’t just employment.

The goal is transformation.

Because purpose is stronger than your past.
