Our Rouse diver, Emily Liljegren was selected by AAU Diving to compete with the US National Team at an international diving competition in Eindhoven, Netherlands earlier this month. 10 countries were represented from across Europe and the US. She qualified and competed in the finals on both 1M and 3M Springboard, finishing 5th and 6th respectively, and on Platform; finishing 5th.

First day of Regionals has come to a close. Rouse did excellent in prelims with many of our swimmers making finals. Get a good night sleep everyone!

District Swim today! Rouse came out strong! Women came in 1st and Men 2nd, with a 1st place combined overall. Very proud of all the hard work this season. Group photos to come.

Rouse Swim had a great time bonding over treats at Marble Slab Creamery & Great American Cookies in Leander off Lakeline Blvd. Thanks to Mr. English for organizing such a fun event. If you’re looking for a fun dessert date night, or a cookie cake for an event, give them a try. We had such a fun time.
