Calling all superheroes! It’s time to suit up for the Back-To-School Personal Care Drive! 🩲💥

School is right around the corner, and the Cedar Key Food Pantry wants to make sure our local kids head back to class feeling clean, confident, and ready to take on the world!

Some of our students need a little extra help stocking up on the everyday hygiene essentials that keep them feeling superhero-strong. And you can help!

Tra-la-laaa! Here’s what our young heroes need most:

🧼 Soap & Body Wash

🪥 Toothbrushes & Toothpaste

🧴 Shampoo & Conditioner

🪒 Deodorant (A total necessity for conquering middle school gym class!)

📑 Feminine Hygiene Products

🧦 New Socks & Un**es (Because every superhero needs a fresh pair!)

💈 Hair accessories (brush, hair clips, headbands)

Even a single bottle of shampoo or pack of socks makes a huge difference for a local family. Let’s rally together and make this school year epic—no wedgies required!

🎒 The Cedar Key Food Pantry is gearing up for the school year and needs our community's support for the Backpack Program at Cedar Key School! This vital program helps ensure local students have nutritious, easy-to-prepare food to take home over the weekends.

📦 Needed Food Items
If you’d like to donate physical items, here are a few kid-friendly essentials currently at the top of the wish list:

Single-serve Canned Meals (Ravioli, SpaghettiO's, etc. — pull-tabs preferred!)

Juice Pouches/Box Drinks

Individual Macaroni & Cheese cups

Granola Bars & Grab-and-Go Snacks

We will add these items to the fresh fruit and other items that we already receive.

Cedar Key Cookin' is available at Cedar Keyhole Artists Co-op Gallery Official on 2nd St. A portion of the proceeds go to the Cedar Key Pantry. ❤️

Verona Watson, an iconic artist, chef, lifelong resident of Cedar Key and a founding member of the Keyhole Artist Co-op! A small inventory of cookbooks are now in stock at the Keyhole on 2nd Street. Get your copy the next time your in town!
