🎉 Happy Birthday to our Founder, Ms. Ericka! 🎂❤️

Ms. Ericka’s heart for children and families started right at home. As a devoted mother, she stood beside Samuel and helped turn his vision of making sure no child felt left out into something that continues to bless families today. No matter what may be going on in her own life, she continues to make time for her children, her family, and the community. Her love, dedication, and commitment to others never stop.

Today was absolutely AMAZING! ❤️💙

Samuel and I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who came out and helped make our Founder’s Day so special.
Thank you for every gift, every card, every kind word, every hug, and every expression of love and appreciation. We truly felt celebrated today, and it meant more to us than you know.
Awesome Place started from a heart to make sure ALL children always have a place where they feel included, loved, celebrated, and seen. To have so many of you pour that same love back into Samuel and me today was truly a blessing.
We are grateful for every family, supporter, board member, volunteer, friend, and community partner who continues to believe in our mission and stand beside us.

Today, September 27, we celebrate Founder’s Day for Awesome Place! ❤️🤍💙

What started in 2022 with one young boy, Samuel, wanting children who are often left out to feel included and celebrated has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

From serving just 10 children our first year to now reaching hundreds of children and families, Awesome Place continues to grow with one mission in our hearts: every child deserves to feel seen, included, loved, and celebrated.

Samuel had the vision, and Mom believed in it enough to help make it happen. 😂❤️

Today we celebrate how far we’ve come, everyone who has supported us, and all the amazing children and families who make Awesome Place what it is.
