It is with great disappointment that we must inform you that, due to icy and hazardous road conditions, Winter Camp scheduled for this weekend (2/20-2/22) has been cancelled.

The safety of our Scouts, leaders, and families is always our highest priority. After carefully monitoring the weather and road conditions, we have determined that travel to and from camp would not be safe. While we know this is incredibly disappointing, especially after all the preparation and excitement, this decision was made out of an abundance of caution.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Additional information regarding next steps and any potential rescheduling or refund details will be communicated as soon as possible.
