The survey will close the end of this week on August 15th. Please consider filling out this survey if you have not already!
Hello! We are recruiting parents/guardians of school-aged children who have participated in the University of Northern Iowa’s Spectrum Project to participate in a 15-minute survey on “Communication Supports and Best Practices in Drama for School-Aged Children.” You will be asked a series of questions about your child’s participation in The Spectrum Project, including background, forms of communication, success within the “Drama” portion of the program, and overall success within the program. We will NOT ask any questions specific to your name, your child’s name, or your child’s school. All individual information will be kept confidential, and only summarized findings will be presented or published. Risks are minimal, and there is no compensation for participating. You can refuse to participate, withdraw your participation, or skip questions. In the case that you have had multiple children participate in the Spectrum Project, please focus on one child’s participation in the program. Then, if interested, you may submit additional responses focusing on any additional children who have participated. When you click on the link below, the first page will provide all the details of the survey. If you consent, you will “click to proceed” to take the survey.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Dr. Jennifer Garrett, Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders, University of Northern Iowa, at [email protected] or 319-273-3703.
