We are inching closer to Sturgis Falls weekend! Lemme ask you something. During The Sturgis Weekend, Friday night specifically. Do you stay up too late having a good time with the bands and your friends? Then Saturday morning comes around and you have to be up early for the parade? Wouldn't a hot fresh breakfast burrito hit the spot? Stop by 402 Franklin Street, the corner of 2nd and Franklin across from Overman Park and grab some quick breakfast! We'll be out front of the Odd Fellows Lodge #233 feeding the masses! I cannot stress this enough, THESE THINGS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND! So please come by early and get setup!

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND READ!

Good day folks! I hope and trust everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer! We are 2 WEEKS away from the Sturgis Falls Celebration! We all know the hustle and bustle of navigating the area around Overman Park. Why not ease your mind and secure an all weekend pass? You have a designated space for the entire weekend! Come and go as you please AND with your donation helping out a local non-profit is a win WIN!
The asking donation level are the same as years past, the only difference is this year we'll only have 5 all weekend passes!

All weekend VIP- $50
Saturday and Sunday Package- $30
No hold spots-$20

These donations truly do help us with the upkeep of our amazing building and help families and individuals in our community. One thing that is unique about our Lodge, we love keeping those donations in our community!!

At the heart of every strong community are the unsung heroes—individuals who may have been overlooked in their early years, often facing challenges that shaped their path long before high school ended. Some balanced school with jobs to support their families. Others navigated instability at home, personal loss, or obstacles that made a traditional path forward unclear. Still, they persevere—emerging as leaders, trusted colleagues, devoted fathers and mothers—just on a different timeline than their peers.
They are the ones who didn’t follow the expected script, but never lost their drive. The ones who kept showing up, kept working, and kept believing that something better was possible—for themselves and for those around them.

The Cedar Valley Odd Fellows Educational Scholarship is dedicated to those who have overcome adversity and continued forward with resilience. It honors individuals whose belief in a better future has never wavered, regardless of circumstance.

Cedar Valley Lodge #233 had the honor of presenting this year's scholarship award to Katelyn last Tuesday evening. Katelyn has overcome much adversity and yet maintained a positive attitude, amazing work ethic and never let her circumstances determine where she is going. A positive attitude always determines your altitude!
