A quick follow up from the Sturgis Falls fundraising events a few weeks back. We had a successful and yet exhausting weekend. The weather favored us and all the events were a success. We are thrilled to announce that we raised enough proceeds to fund this year and next year's Three Link Scholarship! Further, we received some additional good will donations that have been ear marked for some other on-going endeavors for the Cedar Valley Community.

We again thank everyone that participated, donated, and volunteered time to make these events a success. With your donations and our organizing efforts, we can accomplish great things! All proceeds stay right here in the Cedar Valley Community.

🏆We have a winner🏆

I honestly cannot praise these two enough! Steve and Tammie Collum have been parking in our lot for Sturgis Falls since we started offering it! I think only one, maybe two others fall in that group. Anyway, they are two of the kindest people who really embody our motto of Friendship Love and Truth.

As I was loading up at the end of our weekend, just Steve and Tammie's vehicle was in the lot. I told them they should check their ticket before they left in case they won. Sure enough! After a few celebratory yells and maybe a high five or two, Steve and Tammie graciously told me their plan that if they won, they would donate their half of the winnings back to the lodge to support our scholarship program. A local high school senior will receive your help in advancing them in life!!

You two are AWESOME!
