Mahalo to our incredible faculty, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees who made this year’s meeting in Kaua‘i such a success. Hosting did not proceed as scheduled and this was an unprecedented error which resulted in a failure to open the webinar room and host the event. We realize that this was a tremendous inconvenience to those who had planned to attend.
