I wanted to post the interview questions for tonight, so there won't be any surprises. We are getting all the filming equipment ready this morning, and are so excited to hear about your baby's.

3. At what point did you lose your baby?
4. What little details do you remember most about them?
5. What is your story?
6. How has SHARE helped you?
7. What do you wish you could tell your baby right now?
8. What would you tell another mother who has just lost their baby?
9. Is there anything else you'd like to share with us about your baby?

Thursday night we have a really special event planned for our support meeting. We are working on a video sharing the experiences that we've gone through, it will be an opportunity to help others understand what SHARE does and to share our stories. It can be a difficult thing to do, but it's going to a great experience. Please come and share with us in this beautiful experience. Even if you're not comfortable sharing in this context please come anyway and plant some flowers. We love you all! Below is an example of the type of video that we'll be creating.

I saw this the other day and just had to share as it really hit me hard 💚
Such a sad yet true realization of loss…
But with time we progressively heal more n more then day one of our experiences loss.
Titled;
“You Don’t Just Lose Someone Once”

You lose them over and over,
sometimes many times a day.
When the loss, momentarily forgotten,
creeps up,
and attacks you from behind.
Fresh waves of grief as the realisation hits home,
they are gone.

You don’t just lose someone once,
you lose them every time you open your eyes to a new dawn,
and as you awaken,
so does your memory,
so does the jolting bolt of lightning that rips into your heart,
they are gone.
Again.

Losing someone is a journey,
not a one-off.
There is no end to the loss,
there is only a learned skill on how to stay afloat,
when it washes over.

Be kind to those who are sailing this stormy sea,
they have a journey ahead of them,
and a daily shock to the system each time they realise,
they are gone,
Again.

You don’t just lose someone once,
you lose them every day,
for a lifetime.
