HUGE MILESTONE ALERT!

Last Saturday, Coal Creek Trail parkrun got to celebrate something pretty special: Chad became the FIRST Cedar City home-grown parkrunner to reach 50 parkruns!

Chad has been out there; sunshine, wind, cold snowy mornings, and everything in between. He’s shown up with consistency, kindness, and that signature steady stride.

Last weekend he crossed the line for the 50th time… and then casually pulled out donuts for everyone because of course he did. Legend behavior!

Chad, thanks for leading the way, setting the tone, and making our community stronger one Saturday at a time.

This week 32 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 4 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests.

Coal Creek Trail parkrun started on 3rd August 2024. Since then 909 participants have completed 2,899 parkruns covering a total distance of 14,495 km, including 434 new Personal Bests. A total of 82 individuals have volunteered 640 times.
