Our friends and counterparts at the DOVE Center in St. George need some help after their shelter flooded and has been temporarily closed. It’s imperative that shelter supports are available in our communities, so if you are able to volunteer or donate to support them at this time, it would be greatly appreciated.

!!!!VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!!!!

Our safe shelter has flooded, so we are having to move some furniture around today. We will need some help, but the more hands the quicker the task! Please make sure to fill out the google form below or it is in our bio on instagram!

🍽 Lunch will be provided for all volunteers!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: For the safety and confidentiality of our clients, the shelter location will ONLY be shared with those who complete the required Google Form. This also helps us ensure we have enough food for everyone.

We are proud to celebrate our incredible development team for earning the Utah Nonprofits Association’s Credential in Advocacy and Civic Engagement!

This achievement reflects their dedication to strengthening community voices, advancing meaningful change, and continuing to advocate for those we serve every day. Thank you for your hard work, leadership, and commitment to making an impact in our community. 💙👏

Our shelter is currently in need of food donations due to a delay in one of our food grants.

If you’d like to help, you can make a monetary donation through the link in our bio or on Venmo at -creek-services. If you’re heading to the grocery store, picking up a few extra pantry staples can make a big difference too.

Every donation helps ensure survivors and their children have meals while they focus on healing and rebuilding. Thank you for supporting our community. 💜

May is Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives Awareness Month.
Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people face disproportionately high rates of violence, yet too many cases continue to go unheard or unresolved. We stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities in raising awareness, advocating for change, and remembering every stolen relative.

For Indigenous individuals in Utah experiencing violence, Restoring Ancestral Winds is a valuable resource offering culturally grounded support and services.

Today and every day, we honor the lives of Indigenous people who have been taken too soon, those who are still missing, and the families and communities seeking justice and healing.

A huge, huge "Thank You" to Fiiz on 56 for choosing us for their "Do Good Friday" fundraiser. We loved getting to see the community come together for a good soda and a good cause. Our total funds raised totaled over $3,700!

Thank you for this incredible opportunity! We truly appreciate your partnership.

Volunteer Spotlight!

This month, we’re excited to recognize Emma Bahr! Emma has just finished her junior year at SUU, studying criminal justice with minors in communications and legal studies. In her spare time, she loves to read, sing, or get outside, preferably hiking! She felt drawn to CCS because of its mission and the value placed on victims, one area in which the criminal justice system can come up short. Volunteering at Canyon Creek Services has helped her feel connected to her community while being able to actually make a difference! Emma brings a very welcoming presence and a warm smile every time she comes to volunteer! She has been such an amazing help around shelter.

Thank you to Emma and all our volunteers!
