The Corporation is a nonprofit corporation formed exclusively for therapeutic travel, research and advancement of cancer curing purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. To provide opportunities of therapeutic travel to Ewing’s Sarcoma Cancer patients diagnosed over the age of eighteen years of age and their immediate family members.
2. To establish, administer
, foster and promote research funding in order to advance cancer research.
3. To encourage and promote the development of new facilities and equipment for advanced treatment of cancer patients.
4. To work with cancer clinics and treatment facilities to assist in the comfort level of patients and families during treatment.
5. To do any and all things, whether or not therein mentioned, necessary or incidental to carry out the purposes set forth herein; provided, however, that this Corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the exempt purposes of the Corporation.
6. This Corporation shall carry on any and all other activities legal for nonprofit corporations under the Utah Revised Business Corporation Act.
