Have you ever wondered why there is a CCRC Page AND Group? Which one should you be part of? Wonder no more and join the Group!

This page was setup years ago, before groups were a thing. There are some benefits to having a page, but we feel a group is better suited for what we need. This page will stay alive for a little while to give people time to join the group, but ultimately this page will be turned off. All our club runs and discussions will only be posted in the group so hurry and join so you don’t miss out on anything!

It's hard to believe 2019 is just around the corner! 2018 was filled with many miles and much fun, and 2019 is sure to bring more of the same! If you are interested in leading or helping lead CCRC for 2019 then please send a PM or text to 623-512-2671. Happy Holidays!

We wanted to share information about tomorrow's 10th Annual Spirit Run put on by the the Paiute tribe. This is a free event for everyone. The Fun run/walk will be Saturday morning at 7:30AM and is free for anyone that wants to participate followed by a celebration and lunch. There will be no organized group run tomorrow otherwise so come on out and join us for this great celebration if you can!

We'll be at the SUU Eccles Coliseum track in the morning at 6AM to knock out a little speed work! We're down to our last couple of track runs/workouts of the year, so be there!

An alternative is an evening trails run! Checkout the Rattlesnake Descent trail run (below) headed up by Randy Whitelaw and Tara Whitelaw. Two great options! See you Thursday!

Good luck to all those running the Parowan Half, Tusher's Mountain runs, or any other event! There will be no CCRC organized run this Saturday but feel free to use this forum to invite anyone on a run you may be doing otherwise!

No Tuesday group run due to the holiday! Feel free to use this forum if you have a run you'd like to invite others to. We'll be back at the Main Canyon park Thursday morning and Thunderbird Garden trails on Saturday! Have a wonderful Pioneer Day!
