One of the benefits of being involved with ICHBA is having opportunities to hear directly from the people working on these issues and better understand what’s happening in our community.

That’s the impact of the Cedar City Area Festival of Homes.

Yes, we get to showcase some incredible homes. But what we’re really celebrating is the local building community behind them.

Our builders hiring local subcontractors and suppliers. Members working with other members. Businesses being seen by tens of thousands of people. Relationships being built that continue long after the Festival ends.

534 subcontracted jobs across 19 homes is something worth celebrating, and so are the 57,800 views helping put our builders, members and local industry in front of even more people.

The Cedar City Area Festival of Homes is officially underway! 🏡🎉

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Festival of Homes Kickoff Luncheon and helped set the stage for another incredible year.

We are especially grateful for our builders who put so much time, talent, and heart into the homes featured this year, and for our Festival committee who works behind the scenes to bring all the pieces together.

And a huge thank you to our luncheon sponsor, Proforma Business Communications, for supporting our association and helping us kick things off!

It takes a lot of businesses, trades, volunteers, and community partners working together to make the Festival of Homes happen, and we are excited to celebrate all of them over the next two weekends.
