Your next project probably needs more than one professional.

A builder may need a lender.
A homeowner may need a designer.
A remodel may need plumbing, flooring, cabinets, roofing, concrete, landscaping, or specialty trades.

That is where the ICHBA directory becomes more than a list of names. It is a local connection point for the people and businesses who play their own unique role in the building industry in Iron County.

Whether you are planning a project, referring a client, or looking for the right person to collaborate with, the directory is a great place to start.

Visit ichba.org to connect with local ICHBA members.

Cedar City Area Festival of Homes planning is officially underway!

We had a great builder and committee meeting as we kicked off another exciting year, for the Cedar City Area Festival of Homes. Bring on year 31!

This year, we are looking forward to featuring 18 homes that highlight the talent, craftsmanship, and hard work of our local builders and subcontractors.

A lot goes into making this event happen, and we are grateful for the builders and committee members who show up, collaborate, and help bring it all together.

We cannot wait to share more as we get closer. It is going to be a great Festival year! Follow our Festival of Homes page for more inspiration.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our May dinner!

We had a great evening connecting with members, hearing important updates, and learning more about the legislative issues impacting housing, construction, and growth in Utah.

A special thank you to UCCU for sponsoring this event and helping make evenings like this possible for our members.

We also want to thank Speaker Mike Shultz for taking the time to speak with our association and share valuable insight into the conversations and decisions that affect our industry, our businesses, and our communities.

We appreciate everyone who showed up, stayed engaged, and continues to support the work of the Iron County Home Builders Association.

As we move into another season, one thing continues to be clear: the building industry is always changing.

Growth, policy, pricing, labor, housing needs, development, and community planning all affect the work our members do every day.

That is one of the reasons ICHBA exists. Not just for one meeting or one event, but as an ongoing place for industry professionals to stay connected, informed, educated, and involved in the conversations that shape our community.

Thank you to our members who continue to show up, serve, build, support, and strengthen the industry in Iron County. And for those of you who we haven't seen in a while, we'd love for you to join us and reconnect.

Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and valuable industry insight as we hear from the Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the legislative issues impacting housing, construction, growth, and development in Utah. As a strong supporter of housing and the building industry, the Speaker brings an important perspective on the policies shaping our communities and our future.

Whether you are a builder, trade partner, supplier, or industry supporter, this is a night to stay informed, build relationships, and be part of the conversations that matter to our local industry.
