🎬 Movie in the Park – Bring a blanket and chairs for a free outdoor movie at Main Street Park on June 26 at 8:30 PM. Sponsored by the Iron County Board of Realtors.

💦 Dinner & Splash Pad Night – Pack a picnic and head to West Canyon Park, where the kids can cool off at the splash pad while you enjoy a relaxing evening.

🌅 Watch the Sunset from The C – One of the best views in town and the perfect way to end the day.

🎣 Fishing at Lake at the Hills – Cast a line, enjoy the fresh air, and soak in a peaceful summer evening.

**Iron County's market is becoming more balanced.**

We're seeing fewer homes listed and sold than a year ago, but prices continue to remain strong. Buyers have more choices and less pressure to make rushed decisions, while sellers need to be strategic with pricing and presentation.
