🦃 WE NEED WEDNESDAY! 🦃
The holidays are coming, and we are already working toward a BIG goal at Iron County Care and Share!
This year, we hope to provide:
🦃 200 Thanksgiving Holiday Boxes
🎄 200 Christmas Holiday Boxes
That’s 400 local families (or more!) who could use a little extra help making their holiday special. ❤️
And we need our community to help make it happen!
There are lots of ways you can be part of making the holidays a little brighter for a family in Iron County:
🎁 Fill a holiday box (or two!) — We can provide the box and a grocery list to help you know what to purchase.
💵 Make a monetary donation — $25 can provide a whole holiday meal for a family. Give what you can, whether it’s $5, $25, $50, or more, every donation adds up and helps us reach more families.
🛒 Host a food drive — Gather your coworkers, church group, club, family, or friends and fill a box together!
🤝 Sponsor holiday boxes — Businesses, organizations, and community groups can help provide boxes for local families.
📣 Share this post — You never know who in your circle may be looking for a way to help this holiday season.
❤️ Have another idea? We would love to hear it! Whether you want to donate food, organize a drive, sponsor boxes, volunteer, or help in another way, there is a place for you in this project.
These boxes are about more than just food. They represent a family sitting down together, a child getting to experience a special holiday meal, and a reminder that their community cares about them, and they are not alone.
