Today, a few of our gymnasts and staff from Becca's Place Gymnastics had the joy of delivering holiday cards and candy canes to the senior residents at Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown. Moments like these remind us that the heart of our community is built on kindness, connection, and giving back. We’re proud of our athletes for sharing their time, smiles, and holiday spirit, and grateful for the opportunity to brighten the season for those who have given so much to our community. 🎄

Each year, our athletes show what community spirit truly looks like. This season, Becca’s Place raised $6,500 to ensure 50 local children on the Salvation Army Angel Tree list will have gifts under the tree. Since 2013, our families have contributed over $60,000 to this effort. Thank you for helping us make a difference, one Christmas at a time! 🎄

Our Becca’s Place athletes had an incredible day on Wednesday at Target, loading up bags of gifts for our annual Angel Tree shopping event!

Thanks to the generosity of our amazing Becca’s Place families, we raised more than $6,500 this year to shop for 50 local children—the final 50 remaining on the Salvation Army’s community Angel Tree list—so that no child in our community goes without gifts this holiday season.

Since we began this tradition in 2013, our families have contributed over $60,000 to support the Angel Tree shopping efforts for children right here in Hardin County. We’re so grateful for the love and support you continue to pour into this tradition each year. 🧡🖤

As a reminder, our gym will be closed through Sunday so our coaches and athletes can enjoy time with their families and loved ones.

Meet Coach Mackenzie! 🧡🖤

She helps make our community outreach possible, from organizing events to cheering on every child who walks through our doors.

Fun fact: Mackenzie grew up at Becca’s Place—literally. She was a Becca's Place Gymnastics athlete from 2012 to 2019 and was one of our very first athletes to place at the regional level. Her best events were beam and floor, where her grace and artistry always set her apart.

After exploring careers in physical therapy and education, Mackenzie realized her heart had been pointing her home all along. Her true passion is creating the same supportive, joy-filled experiences for the next generation that Becca’s provided for her—and we’re so lucky to have her leading the way!
