Today is World Mental Health Day

October brings a lot of changes - changing leaves, cooler days and plenty of fall fun. It's also a time to shine the light on Mental Health. World Mental Health Day is a reminder of the importance of mental health awareness, reducing stigma and ensuring people feel supported and connected.

Today is a great day to let someone know they matter, they are not alone and they are strong. Su***de has affected a lot of people. If you know someone who maybe struggling, reach out and offer support. The su***de Hotline is available 24-7 call 988.

What an incredible time learning about Tallow!
Tonight's meeting focused on empowering with wellness and skincare routine with Tallow. Tallow is simply rendered beef fat. Ladies were able to mix and everyone received a small Tallow.

Thank you Whitney Pounds with Pounds Meat Wagon for empowering ladies on Tallow.

Our next meeting is November 2. We will empower with water marbling. Come join us!

Empowering with Tallow!
Join us and hear how you can empower your wellness and skincare routine with Tallow. Tallow is simply rendered beef fat. It absorbs easily in the skin. We have a fabulous group of ladies who love empowering ladies and engaging with the community. This is a great way to build your network and make new friends.

Community Outreach Program- We continue collecting household items and plastic grocery bags for the Church of the Holy Comforter. Please bring items you wish to donate to the meeting.

We currently have a personal hygiene drive going on for the Mercy Seat.

Time – 6:30pm
Place – Waugh Mt Meigs VFD – 20 Line Creek Rd.

Come meet our volunteers- Our volunteers are from several surrounding communities including: Cecil, Pike Road, Mathews, Grady, Montgomery, Prattville, Waugh and Wetumpka. All ages are welcome. Bring a friend and learn how you can be while .
