If you are a member of the CWC Jaycees, you will receive first priority on rental dates, as well as a discounted rate. You should review the Hut Rules and the Rental Agreement located at http://rentals.cwcjaycees.org/ before contacting the chapter. Print the rules and agreement whenever you have permission to use the Hut. Once you sign the contract, you may hand-deliver it or mail it to 1153 Walter Price St, Cayce, SC 29033. We have a secure mail vault on the property so you can safely drop off any documents and/or money at our physical location. The signed rental agreement should be submitted at least 28 days prior to occupancy. The entire rental fee is due no later than 14 days prior to your rental date. A representative over the age of 25 must sign this agreement and assume all liability for the occupants, as it pertains to the terms of the agreement. A refundable $100 security deposit (SD) is required at the time the rental agreement is signed and approved by a CWC Jaycees Representative. The deposit should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the reservation. We will not hold a date for a renter if the security deposit has not been paid. This amount will be returned if the property is left in satisfactory condition after occupancy. If no deposit is received at least 28 days prior to the requested rental date, we reserve the right to enter into a written agreement with another party. If a rental is canceled within 28 days of the reservation date, the security deposit will NOT be refunded, unless authorized by the CWC Jaycees Board of Directors. Security Deposits and Rental Fees can be combined into one payment or submitted separately. Separate personal checks for security deposits are subject to being cashed at the time the rental fee is received. Any refunds will be made after facilities are assessed by CWC Jaycees Board Members. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. You may also use the PayPal icon on this page to submit your payment with a credit or debit card. Rental Rates

$20/Hour + $100 (SD)
Max* Rent Fee = $200 + $100 (SD)
Friday - Saturday :
$40/Hour + $100 (SD)
Max* Rent Fee = $400 + $100 (SD)
The Hut is unavailable between the last 3 weeks of September and the first 2 weeks of November due to our Hall of Horrors project.
*Maximum Rental Fee: A cap is in place for the rent fee. Any rental that goes beyond 10 hours will not have additional charges. If a renter requests access to the building prior to the actual rental date, that time will be counted in the total fee. Access can only be granted when another renter is not occupying the building prior to the contracted time frame. Building hours for rentals are 8:00am - 2:00am, with the exception of Sundays, when the curfew is 12:00 midnight. Negotiations of prices and/or access to property can be made by CWC Jaycees Board Members at their discretion. Usage of the property outside the contracted time frames will be grounds to withhold $50 per hour from the security deposit. Rental Rates are subject to change without notice, and this web page is only to be used as a guide to our official rental policies. The Cayce-West Columbia Jaycees are a non-profit leadership development and community service organization. Therefore rental fees are classified as donations. None of our members are employees of the organization, and we do not assign staff to occupy the building during normal business hours.
