Two members of the Nathan Edson Chapter helped transport the KSDAR Kansas Pioneer Patriot Traveling Exhibit to its next stop in Hays, Kansas. On the way back they stopped at the Cawker City Largest Ball of Twine just for fun. Kansas is a beautiful state!

I have been seeing wonderful pictures of Kansas Daughters dressed in period outfits. Some members from the Nathan Edson Chapter are interested in having one for parades and other activities. Advice on purchasing and/or making a dress would be appreciated. (Some of the members are very talented in sewing - that is not one of my strengths.) Thanks!

The Nathan Edson Chapter is hosting the KSDAR Kansas Pioneer Patriots Traveling Exhibit at the Clay County Historical Museum March 24 -27. The chapter will host the exhibit March 30-April 3 at the Frank Carlson Library in Concordia.

The Nathan Edson Chapter made America 250! "Trees" and delivered them to the Cloud County Tourism Office and Concordia Chamber of Commerce along with brochures about the upcoming Kansas Pioneer Patriots Exhibit.

to brighten the holidays for Veterans living in the facility.

It was an honor to deliver Christmas trees to 2 veterans at Park Villa Nursing Home in Clyde. Alice Bachand is pictured with Army veteran Joe Detrixhe. Trees were given to both Joe and Eugene Bartok.
