Hello, friends! We have two exciting upcoming events, provided free of charge by our ATD Valleys of Virginia chapter.

First, please join us our next webinar, "Unleash Your Potential with the ATD Talent Development Capability Model – Your Blueprint for Success," at 12-1p Wednesday, Aug. 11. Hear from ATD's Director of Credentialing, Morgean Hirt, about how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict. We'll explore components of the new model and discover knowledge and skills that empower the growth and development of talent development professionals.

Secondly, during our August edition of Morning Coffee, "Returning to the Office," at 8-8:45a Tuesday, Aug. 17, we will compare notes on different strategies being considered in our businesses to bring talent back into the office. Questions we'll consider include: "What are we planning?" and "What considerations are we bringing into our decision-making process?" Using the Zoom platform, Comparing Notes is a casual, open discussion of a particular topic that is currently relevant to our community.
