The FCU Holiday Family Sponsorship is back. 🎄

This season, we are supporting four families across four communities: the Bay Area, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
Each family receives a holiday budget and decides what matters most for their household, whether that means Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a little of both.

Want to help us stretch their support even further? Donate through the link in our bio. 🤍

Congratulations to our 2026 FCU Scholarship First Place Recipient, Javon Jackson. 🏆

Javon is a San Diego native, football player, and future kinesiology student with a goal of becoming a physical therapist. Through years of family hardship, academic commitment, and leadership on and off the field, Javon never stopped pushing forward. He has been part of the FCU family and watching him grow has been one of our greatest honors.

First Chance U is proud to award Javon $1,000 toward his future. He has earned every bit of it.

Chances Today. Leaders Tomorrow.

Congratulations to our 2026 FCU Scholarship Second Place Recipient, Ximena Perez. 🏆

Ximena is a first-generation college student from Imperial Beach, California, heading to San Diego State University this fall to pursue elementary education. She navigated financial barriers, moments of doubt, and the weight of being the first in her family to take this road and she did it with purpose and grace.

First Chance U is proud to award Ximena $500 toward her journey at SDSU. The students she will teach one day are lucky she never gave up.

Chances Today. Leaders Tomorrow.
