Shoutout to our local friends at POURter's Pub & Kitchen for taking care of the city work crew during the ice storm cleanup. Long cold hours clearing roads and keeping things moving, and they made sure those guys were fed.

This is what showing up for your community actually looks like. Supporting local goes both ways and we see you.

These guys deserved a hot meal! Thank you for everything you are doing to get us dug out of the snow!

If anyone would like to donate anything, they’re more than welcome to drop items off Asha Yoga or Replica Screenprinting, KY.

We hear the needs of our community and want to help! 💖
This season, we’re collecting nonperishable food and warm clothing — especially men’s winter wear, which is always in short supply. Men's clothing donations will go to support our friends at The Phoenix Project. All other donations will be dispersed to closets/pantries/care facilities across the area.

Drop off items at Asha Yoga shala/store during open hours, or message Hope to arrange a meet-up for drop-off.

Just a reminder that the BLDG Chili Cook-Off is this afternoon. If you want to join in, no pre-registration is needed. Just show up at 4 PM with your chili and $25 entry fee, and you’re good to go.

We know Cave City is full of folks and businesses that can throw down a mean pot of chili. So who’s stepping up? Don’t make us cancel this thing because no one signed up!

The BLDG Chili Cook-Off happens Saturday, October 25 during RailFest.
Here’s the deal:

Chili must be ready to serve in a crockpot and delivered to the BLDG tent by 4 PM.

Judging starts at 5 PM.

We’d love for you to use local beef and ingredients if possible.

Some of the BLDG crew rolled out to support one of our own yesterday, Mammoth Valley Pub. and we’re still dreaming about that wrap. No lie, every single one of us said it’s the best wrap we’ve ever had.

We were too busy chatting, laughing, and devouring our meals to snap many photos, but trust us, it was a vibe.

If you haven’t been yet, Mammoth Valley Pub is located in the beautifully remodeled old golf place building, right across from the Dino Valley RV Park. It’s the perfect stop for a cold drink and a killer meal on your way to Mammoth Cave or after a good hike.
