Pay it Forward Community Thrift Store Pay it Forward Community Thrift Store provides shoppers with quality goods at affordable prices. All proceeds benefit the programs of Community Action.

The store provides opportunity for volunteerism among seniors, students and others, as well as serve Pay it Forward is a division of Community Action of Greene County, Inc. a 501 (c)3 non profit organization. Proceeds from the sale of items in our store will be used to support programs in Greene County. Your tax deductible donations can be dropped off during store hours. Look forward to the store opening in May.

We are so appreciative of the generosity and support shown from our community. Unfortunately, we have been unable to keep up do to some staffing challenges, and we will be pausing donations for the next two weeks.

If you have previously scheduled a drop off during this period; we will accept your donation, but otherwise we will be making no additional appointments before Wednesday, August 6.

A quick update from us:
We’re adjusting our shop hours starting this coming week as we navigate some ongoing staffing challenges. This change helps us take care of our team and keep things running smoothly while we try out a few new ideas behind the scenes.

For now, we will be closing an additional day. Hours will remain the same Wednesday through Saturday.

Thank you so much for your continued support and flexibility; we’re so grateful for this community. These hours may evolve again, and we’ll keep you posted!
