Greene County Mobility Management understand that arranging transportation to and from wellness appointments, shopping, recreation, employment, public services, or visits to another city can be challenging. Our goal is to increase the transportation options for Greene County residents who may have transportation challenges, including youth, people with disabilities, older people and those with low
income. Working together with local organizations such as not-for-profits, faith based organizations, private companies, and government agencies to design and develop transportation plans to better assist members of the community with over 20 different transportation providers from local and state agencies. We offer travel training for individuals and groups which will teach you how to use any type of public transportation – safely, confidently and independently. Through this training you will learn to understand available transportation, overcome apprehensions on using public transportation, and become comfortable using public and private transportation.
