Our financial literacy program emphasizes the importance of Education, Financial Mentorship, and Capital. Education: Our financial literacy class curriculum uses best practices from the wealth management industry and is taught by professional financial educators. Our class curriculum consists of four classes (ten classroom hours) over the course of two months. Financial Mentoring: A two-year relat

ionship with a professional financial mentor to establish and manage your personal financial plan (Spending, Saving, and Investment planning). Capital: Participants who meet specific qualifications have the opportunity to earn a contribution to a Roth account upon graduation.

According to the Human Rights Campaign, 48% of LGBTQ+ adults say they are financially unwell, compared to 26% of the general public. Financial confidence and opportunity should never feel out of reach because of identity or lack of support.
