The Castro Valley Crocodiles (formerly Columbia Crocodiles) are a family-oriented, summer recreational swim team. It is the goal of the Crocodiles to offer age specific training, for all of our athletes, geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. The team offers a swim season filled with teamwork, goal setting, family events, and of course, lots of FU
N! A variety of fun team events and family gatherings; such as p*e wee golf, tie dye parties, and pancake breakfasts, are held throughout the season. And don't forget our biggest fundraiser of the season-SWIMATHON. The Crocodiles are one of twelve teams that compete in the East Bay Swim League (EBSL). The EBSL is comprised of teams in locations on the east side of San Francisco. Half of the teams are affiliated with local residential swim clubs, and the other half are "free floating", meaning that they rent time at a public pool. The official EBSL season begins April 1st and ends the last Saturday of July with the Championship Swim Meet (Champs).
