Deck of cards workout this morn something like this modified for more reps for the young and fit and less reps for the old and keeping up:
Ace: lap
2-5: 5-10 reps
H= burpees
D= squat jumps
C= V-ups
S= pull ups

6-10: 10 reps
H= side-straddle hops
D= squats
C= 4-count flutter kicks
S= merkins

Face Cards (bonus round: 10 reps each):
J= do both of same colored
Q= do exercise plus both of opposite color
K= do all four exercises

Finished the PCPC (push-core-pull-core) workout 1 to 7 reps ascending then descending back to 1 rep with some modifications.
Did 3 of 7 rounds of the 777 workout.

Getting after it this morn before the rain hits!

Modified calisthenic workout focusing on combination of cardio, legs, arms and core thrown in.

Next Sunday at 06:30 same place by outdoor basketball courts. We don’t leave any man behind, but we won’t leave you where we find you either!
