It was a great week. Thank You again to all who gave financially, and those who prayed as well. Please continue to pray for the Lakota tribe. Pray that the LORD will become real to them as the One True Spirit.

Day 2 is in the books. Numbers were up. Of course if you have traveled hundreds of miles very often you know there will be vehicle maintenence needed at some point. The LORD took care of us as we lost a serpantine belt. We made it safely back and got the part to repair the church van. 👍

Jed and Sally Jezek are the missionaries here in LaPlant. They have been faithful to the Lakota for over 3 decades. The team that God has assembled through our fearless leader, Coach Shore, always has a great time growing in the Lord and then pouring it back into the kids.

Jackson, aka "Cookie" is doing a great job making meals for the missionary team when he is not helping coach. Although is not a big fan of waking up at 6am to do so. 🤣🤣

Day 1 is in the books. Good day of instruction physically and spiritually through a devotion time at the end of camp.

We are starting the morning with kids Sunday School. We drive around and pick up all these kids and take them home. The missionaries do a great job singing and teaching these kids the Bible.

We wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped for the LaPlant, SD mission trip that Curtis and his son Jackson started today. We will keep you posted with pictures and videos. Pray the Lord will use basketball to open doors for the Gospel's sake. 🙏

Curtis and his oldest son, Jackson, are joining a team that is heading to LaPlant, SD Aug 1-6. Their team will be putting on a basketball camp on the Lakota Reservation, to share the Gospel of Jesus. It will cost $500 total for the trip ($250 each). The cost helps to cover travel, food, supplies, and extra for the missionaries on the reservation.
