The board of Community of Care is excited to announce that Taylor Jorgensen has accepted the position of Executive Director. We believe Taylor's leadership will strengthen and expand Community of Care's foundation of trust, compassion, collaboration and a commitment to support our clients, volunteers and staff. We look forward to the ways Taylor will move our mission forward.

Taylor lives in rural Cass County with her family. Her first day is Monday, June 15th. She will work with Myrna for 3 weeks before she retires.

A huge thank you to our Major Table Sponsors for helping make our 19th Annual Totally Tables fundraiser a golden success! ✨

With this year’s theme, β€œThank You for Being a Friend,” it feels only right to celebrate the friends who continue to show up for our mission year after year. Your generosity helps Community of Care continue keeping older adults safe, independent, and thriving in the homes they love.

As they say, friends are the family we choose β€” and we couldn’t ask for better ones at our table. πŸ’› Thank you for your continued support, partnership, and belief in our mission. You helped turn tables into hope, laughter, and a meaningful impact!

Our 19th annual Totally Tables last Friday night was a marvelous success! The room was full of energy, excitement, fun and generosity! We are humbled, grateful and blessed by all the support for our mission.

THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored and decorated a table, donated an auction item, whisky or wine, those who provided Fund A Need matching, served the meal, attended the event, purchased a silent or live auction item, played the paddle game, purchased a cork at the wine wall or made a Fund A Need donation. Each and everyone of you played a part in the success of the evening.

Thanks to our Totally Tables committee members who join our staff in planning for Totally Tables - Susan Stibbe, Betty Skunes, Kristi Richman, Kelly Everson and Beth Kobbervig.

Special thanks to Patrick Kirby for bringing so much excitement as the emcee and Max Steffes for helping us raise a lot of money as the auctioneer!

We can't forget Blanche and Rose (aka Kelly Everson and Beth Kobbervig) for being such great sports in the video & at Totally Tables. Thanks to Astrup and Carolyn Lewis for being in the video. Check out the Golden Girls video below
