💧 Casselton Watering Reminder (Starts April 15)

🌱 Tier 1 (Normal Conditions)
• Water on odd/even days based on your house number
(odd house = odd days, even house = even days)
• New grass exception: daily watering is okay for the first 2 weeks after planting or sodding

🚿 Tier 2 (High Usage Periods)
• Watering shifts to every 10 days based on your house number
(Example: house ending in 1 = 1, 11, 21, 31)

🚫 Tier 3 (Water Emergency)
• No watering lawns or gardens
• No washing vehicles, driveways, or sidewalks
• Please limit household water use as much as possible

📣 If we move between tiers, updates will be shared through city channels.
