đź“Š CFEC Employer Meeting | October 13, 2026

Today, Christian HELP brought Central Florida employers together for an insightful morning of connection, collaboration, and workforce development!

Our hot topic, "The Data Whisperer: Decoding Central Florida’s Talent Market," featured keynote speaker Nilda Blanco, Strategic Executive Leader and Founder of Nilda Blanco Consulting LLC.

Attendees explored how workforce data can lead to smarter hiring decisions, strengthen recruiting and retention, reveal untapped talent, and help employers prepare for the future of work.

Thank you to Nilda Blanco and all the employers who joined us in strengthening our region’s workforce. 🤝

Sometimes we can’t see what’s ahead. We may not know how a situation will work out or what the next step will look like. But we can trust that God is still working, even when we can’t see the full picture.

Whatever season you’re walking through, remember: God is able to do more than we can imagine. 🙏

Finding a job can be stressful.
Providing for your family can be stressful.
Navigating change can be stressful.

That's why caring for people means caring about the whole person.

This World Mental Health Day, let's remember to give ourselves and others room to breathe, ask for help, and take the next step. đź’™

💼 Preparing for a career is about more than learning a skill. It’s about knowing what comes next.

Our Christian HELP Career Coaches recently spent time at Orlando Technical College West Campus, connecting with students and sharing how our workforce services can help them take the next step toward meaningful employment.

From career guidance and job search support to resources that help remove barriers, our team is here to walk alongside individuals as they work toward greater stability and opportunity.

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with students in our community and remind them that they don’t have to navigate their career journey alone. 💙
