A message from the White Earth Enrollment Department regarding the address update form:

On December 12, 2022 TEC Chair Cathy Chavers had sent a letter to all 6 bands requesting that Reservations (bands) get updated addresses for their (eligible voters) 18 yo/plus members. The TEC will be submitting a letter to the Secretary of Interior for a Secretarial Election to complete a mail in ballot(vote) to be done on a resolution from 2015. That resolution is to include all Chippewa/Anishinaabeg blood from federally recognized tribes (5 other states or 13 other tribes).

TEC Chair Chavers wishes to have this election by May 16, 2023 and has requested a report for all members/addresses. This report will be sent with the letter to the Secretary of Interior by January 30th,2023 per Chair Chavers' timeline. NOTE: If you don't have an address change, you DO NOT need to resubmit your info.
